YourTrip provides detailed quotations and travel itineraries, directly to your email inbox. These documents will look a little different to what you’re used to. Rest assured that all the same important information about your travel booking is included. Technology Partners Whitelist
As a technology supplier to your business, it is important that we are able to communicate effectively to your employees. On occasion, it may be necessary for our trusted technology partners, who provide the engines upon which we stand our services, to also communicate directly with you. Because of this, some documentation, such as travel itineraries, may be generated from domains other than ours.
Please click on the link opposite to download a directory of these suppliers. the This document is designed to give you a single, simple list of which domains and addresses you can safely whitelist on your firewalls to ensure that all documents are safely received.
Changes to Travel Apps
At the same time as YourTrip replaces Atlas, so will we be sun-setting our travel app, TripCase. In its place comes the GTP Atriis app, which works seamlessness with YourTrip, given that Atriis is the engine that powers our entire online solution. TripCase will no longer be supported for bookings made from 1st December 2019.
Our RAIL supplier is also changing, from TrainLine to Evolvi. Therefore, future rail bookings will not be available via the TrainLine app. Rail booking is contained within the YourTrip booking app and rail e-tickets can be obtained and accessed directly from a traveller’s email / mobile account. Therefore an app no longer needs to be downloaded in order to access the tickets.
