BA Hand Luggage

British Airways is complying with the new security requirements from the UK government on flights to the UK and from Egypt, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Jordon and Lebanon.  The new cabin baggage security requirements state that you will not be able to carry laptops, tablets and larger mobile phones in your hand luggage on these flights.

BA upgrade to First

British Airways Upgrade to First campaign launched on the 26th April 2017. Any on Business Members can upgrade to First one-way Free when booking an eligible On Business Club World return fare.

BA Club Europe

From the 1st April 2017, BA has introduced a Club Europe.  You are now able to travel in business on flights within the UK and take advantage of all the benefits it offers.

BA London Gatwick South Terminal

Check-in at London Gatwick closes 45 minutes before departure for all flights. From 4th April 2017, check in will close one hour before departure for all long haul flights from London Gatwick.

Iberia’s New Premium Economy

Iberia’s Premium Economy experience is available on selected flights from Spring 2017. The new cabin is launching on routes from Madrid to Chicago and New York in May, with routes between Madrid and Bogota, Lima and Buenos Aires to follow.

American Airlines Wi-Fi

Customers travelling with American Airlines can stay connected with Wi-Fi services in the sky.
American offers Wi-Fi on international flights operated by their Boeing 777-300ER, Retrofitted 777-200 and 787 Dreamliner planes between London Heathrow and Dallas Fort Worth, New York JFK, Los Angeles, Miami and Chicago.

TAP launches Lisbon service to London City Airport

Portuguese airline TAP is launching flights between Lisbon and London City airport from October. Twice daily flights will operate Monday to Friday, with a single daily service at weekends, starting on October 29th.

Premier Inn to open Heathrow T4 hotel

Premier Inn is to open a new property at London Heathrow’s Terminal 4.

Opening in May, the 613 room hotel will have an indoor walkway that links directly to the airport within ten minutes, alongside 75 parking spaces, an all day dining restaurant, a coffee shop, a bar and a gym. Rooms come with a king size bed, Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, blackout curtains and free Wi-Fi. Family rooms are also available.

Novotel Canary Wharf

Accorhotels have opened a Novotel property in Canary Wharf. The new hotel includes 313 rooms, a rooftop terrace and nine meetings rooms.
