In Perfect Profile... With worldwide security still as tight as ever, it’s never been more important to ensure your Traveller Profiles are correct and up to date. We’ve noticed an increasing tendency across the industry for travellers to book flights using their nick names, middle names or abbreviations. Inevitably, if the name on the issued ticket does not match that on the passport then it can be unnecessarily costly to make changes to the reservation and travel bookings. If you are a traveller, we would be grateful if you could complete the online Personal Travel Profile Form on our website. The form is totally web-protected on our SSL secure server and the information submitted is then fed into our GDS. This enables us to create your own record of personal information and travel preferences, to be used for all travel requests and to prevent you having to repeat your choices and membership numbers upon making each booking. This makes the reservation process fare quicker and easier for you and ensures we have all the correct information to complete your requests.
