This month we focus our probing attention on Travel Consultant, Kirsti Palmer.Kirsti joined Giles Travel 2 years ago and has quickly become one of our most popular members of staff, constantly praised by both colleagues and clients alike for her professionalism, enthusiasm, helpfulness and constant cheery disposition. G-NEWS caught up with Kirsti to find out a little more about this talented young travel professional... Q: What's your proudest achievement? A: Passing my BCU level 1 in Kayaking as I had to capsize on numerous occasions in order to pass. I hate being under water (especially upside down) so that was quite something for me. Q: Who would you be on Stars In Their Eyes? A: Kelly Clarkson - rock chick! Q: What are you most likely to say? A: Who's turn is it to make the drinks. Q: And least likely to say? A: I am having no coffee today! Q: What's the favourite part of your job? A: speaking to different people every day, no enquiry is ever the same. Q: How do you get your own way? A: Keep on until they crack, normally works. Q: Which person would you most like to be stuck in a lift with? A: Simon Cowell.
